An order is placed after selecting a product option, providing the required details, and authorizing payment. An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer.

5. Shipping
Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 24 hours. Shipping within the USA is free, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days. Delivery dates may change for reasons beyond Shedivo’s control, including destination, carrier volume, or operating conditions.
6. Claims and Product Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos to review the claim.
